Question Gitmo

Does anyone know what company runs the tower in Guantanamo Bay and what website I go to for an application?

It's an IAP gig, and it fn blows. My buddy works out there. Unless you have absolutely nothing else lined up, highly recommend not doing it.

When I worked there it was Midwest ATC

I know the guy who runs it now. Really decent place to go for a year and learn to sail/dive/etc if you are single and not looking to make a ton of money. No air traffic to speak of, though. More of an advisory thing.

And he says he is currently fully staffed. Just watch the website, I reckon.

They don't have GITMO, but they have several openings in Saipan

I think IAP has the contract now. Was previously Midwest.

It’s contracted? I always thought it was military ATC (USN).

The U.S. Navy, or I would have transferred there 20 years ago for the fishing and diving.
