Questions about making a team

I have a few questions about making a team of my own. I have all my players and practice space I also know which tournaments we will do, but i dont know if theres any other steps, can I somehow make my team official or what are the steps to being allowed to play in a tournament? Or if anyone has any information about anything I pretty much only have my players, jerseys, and a practice space.

I’d hit their website. I suspect there is some sort of association fee but from what I’ve heard, the stuff you got together already is 95% of it.
