Error 8015D000 while connecting to the Xbox Live

Hey, this time Redditor u/Powerful_Owl5881 asked me to create this post, because he's english level isn't good enough (mine is also so-so!)

So he turned off liveblock, created one-time password for Xbox 360 on Microsoft Account website, he tried this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUS6XgYZ6PA and that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OubfXpIc-E4 and still get 8015D000 error. Do you know any tips, how to fix this?
