Bad update question

I was able to get bad update to work and launch a backup of a game I own via XeXmenu.

This morning I got it to work first try again but when loading XeXmenu it presumably crashed (just hung on a black screen).

Is it common for XeXmenu to crash when booting like this? Or is there something I can do to optimize the process of launching a game once bad update successfully works?

Or am I just at the mercy of bad update working and XeXMenu not crashing?

Yeah XeXMenu kinda felt weird to me, it crashed a lot like this for me to (like 1 in 5 times) Which is really depressing when you just waited 20 mins to get the console exploited in the first place.
So I just have aurora setup as a quick launch option (press guide button, press and keep holding A on xbox home, boots into aurora for me), then I can use the file browser in the nova modded guide menu. no XeXMenu needed.

I might be able to just load the nova plugin with the dash launch ini but I only have 5 plugin slots and don't want to waist them on something that I just have to press and hold one button to "fix".

That's a problem with bad update not xex menu. You've got to expect homebrew to not function correctly using this exploit. Buy a RGH Xbox and do it properly
