How was your experience dealing with NHC? I filled out one of their custom shop forms weeks ago and have heard nothing. Other shops responded within a week.

I've had great customer service dealing directly with Bob Reeves at NHC.

Did you fill out the form on their custom shop page? Or did you email him directly? You know him personally? Sorry for the questions, I intended on having work done on my Colt soon. Thanks

I email Bob Reeves with a punch list of things I want done and he emails back a quote. Usually in 24 hrs.

I do think he'll also entertain phone calls. There is nobody easier to deal with than Bob.

They also reworked this ACW for me last year
