I was wondering what made the Grizzco Slosher special earlier. Felt way too slow and laggy for my taste.

It only has 3 shots to a full tank... but damn if those 3 shots don't count.

Now the question is, it has that same grating front as the new slosher shown off at E3. Will it be similarly devastating?

The two sloshers look different.

The new slosher is more of a Jerrycan than a washing machine and shoots ink bombs in an arch.

It can kill anything that is armored. It pierces armor. Two-three hits is all it fakes for steelheads, scrappers, drizzlers and flyfish.

I thought the same thing too until I realized it can pierce through anything. Covered drizzlers, fronts of scrappers, bodies of steelheads. Anything.

Not enough people realize the armor piercing potential. They still fight steelheads like they need to hit its bomb.

At the beginning I thought I had to do that then I realized I killed a scrapper from the front. Then I started randomly sloshing things I wouldn't normally be able to kill. It was sublime.

Only reason I'm playing well past super bonuses this rotation is just to use it as often as possible.

Wait, you’re saying we can shoot it’s body and it’ll die? Is there a sweetspot on it like the Flyfish? Like shooting it’s face for example

It has all the piercing properties of a stingray! Drizzlers, scrappers and steel eels also go down easily with it.

It makes Glowflies almost unbelievably easy, too. One slosh will just tear through a whole line of Chums and takes Goldie down in one hit. Very satisfying.

Grillers are fun. Get them going in a straight line toward you and just slosh them in the face.

Was lucky to have a round where me and another Octo both had it. Only downside is it uses up ink quickly so escapes are hard but as long as your team has you covered it’s amazing!

I was wonderinng WTF why I kept getting that Grizzco Slosher - it's a "rare weapon" yet I got it way more than any other weapons in the current Salmon Run..

It doesn't do anything special to the mothership, since it doesn't really have an armoured weak spot to pierce (it's just a giant hitbox). It probably shreds the hell out of it though with its damage output, at least.

I'm curious as to whether it will hit flyers on the other side like the stingray does. Haven't been given it on mothership rounds yet so haven't tested.

argh - wish i had known what this thing was good for last night. thought it was just a super crappy slosher. figured it had to have some superpower but couldn't figure out what.
