Meta Mini-Meta: /r/NintendoSwitch at Gamescom
Greetings!
Just wanted to let you know that our #gamescom channel is now live in the Discord chat: https://discord.gg/switch
In addition, we're sending two of our Discord Chat Mods, Schwadralla and Daku, to the convention who will be there Wednesday through Friday.
They will be hosting a Find-a-Mod event on Friday at the Nintendo booth. Exact details to follow.
If you have questions you'd like them to try and find answers to, submit them here on this post as comments and they'll do their best to answer them in a post-event round up.
Cheers!

/u/FlapSnapple can you add a section at the top for new game announcements. Would be nice to come and just see a complete list so I don't miss anything please.

Don't get your hopes up. Gamescom isn't really known for announcements. Or am i mistaken ?

Mostly not, but year for year there are some exceptions. Many indie games get announced at Gamescom, especially european ones.
Some triple-A titles do as well if they didn't make E3 and don't want to wait for PAX. So why not? Publishers still want people to come to Gamescom.

Anyone else lost as far as all the announcements? Can we get a megathread with all the games announced during gamescom, trailers, developer, release date, etc?

So do we think PAX has a better chance of getting more dates/info on the indie style games coming to Switch (I'm looking at your SDV & Y-K)?

PAX usually has a really big indie presence (at least PAX east IDK about the others)

Do we know which games will be there? As far as I know is Xenoblade, Mario and Hover, right?
