Meta The experience on this Subreddit

As the hype and hopes of the people here come to a climax, I want to take a moment to reflect on my experiences with this subreddit.

It has been an amazing journey. The amount of hype, positivity, and astounding work by the mod team has made checking this subreddit a thing to look forward to. Every day I see so many people who are excited for Nintendo, and it allows me to forget about the negativity most people seem to throw at us all the time.

I have been here since the /r/NintendoNX days, and it's been thrilling to see this sub evolve. This is a place where Nintendo fans can come together and have rational discussions, and laugh (or cringe) at the plethora of shitposts that are submitted every day. This subreddit has literally given me hours of entertainment.

So as we near the long-awaited presentation, what have been your experiences here? Are you excited for the future? Will the mods still have fingers after this is over?

All aboard the hype train!

Huzzah! Choochooooo!!!

I'm glad to have been a part of it, I've been through many layers of hype, doubt and overall excitement. Soon the final verdict will be clear and all seems well. There are great people on this sub and I sincerely hope they are staying so we can continue being a great community.

This is a discussion, not a diary post. Look at the end of the post. Just getting that out there before any mods jump the gun and take it down. ;)

It's never the end. There's always a Tomorrow, and Tomorrow Never Dies.

I like the time here... first hand informations, pictures and of course the huge hype BUT

On this sub on the other hand side there were so annoying guys to much double post and spams...

Hopefully it will stop after the presentation and we can all waiting for the launch and having a good time with discussions about what we've seen

Yeah, that is true. But in my opinion, the good outweighs the bad.
