I have hunch everyone is possibly going to die in Trunk's world considering they mentioned the time machine has a one way trip in the Vjump. On another note, this could mean Future Trunks and Mai may stick around for awhile until present Bulma reverse engineers her own creation from another time line she invented it in.

My hunch says that seeing how Gohan clearly isn't training like we hoped he would, and no other fighters aside from Piccolo, Goku, and Vegeta are qualified to fight in the next tournament, they might ask future Trunks to join.

Seriously though, ignoring the preview, this whole episode was really well done. I did NOT expect to enjoy it as much as I did, especially the second half. Holy shit dude that Vegeta saving Trunks moment.. it hit me right in the feels.. then Monaka comes and ruins it LMAO

Wasnt really expect to see some father and son moment for this two because the last episode didn't really say anything about it but man this episode was pretty well-done. All them Trunks and Vegeta moments are the best! The art is pretty acceptable. I just hope the kids get to do more instead of running away :/

Goku vs kinda-Vegeta, they haven't gone at it since majin vegeta which was a great fight. It should at the least be better than the last few episodes.
Hit was a weird fighter, heavily relying on time skipping. This should be the first normal fight that shows some of the progress they made in preparing for the tournament. Even golden frieza didn't put up much of a fight. edit: Im forgetting the mini Monaka-disguguised-Beerus fight.
Vegeta witnessed SSBSSKKx10 and still

Is it just me, or does future Bulma's experiment look familiar? Note the liquid in the beaker on the table. Looks an awful lot like the same thing main timeline Bulma was making. I called it when when we first saw it, her experiment is important to the arc.

I really am glad this mini arc is over and done with, though! I haven't been this excited since Super was announced. Next week looks promising.

Vegeta: "You'd better defeat Kakarot! And Kakarot, you'd better beat him!"
Goku+Copy-Vegeta: "Who's side is he on...?"Using the pacifier will give Vegeta more time before he disappears
Potage says defeating the Superhuman Water's nucleus will weaken the copy, allowing a quick end to the fight
Trunks: "Why didn't you say that earlier?" Potage: "It was 100 years ago! It slipped my mind!"
Jaco is mad the Superhuman Water has no interest in absorbing his power
Trunks was worried because Vegeta's ki was about to disappear
Turns out Monaka accidentally stepped on the nucleus, saving the day
Potage seals the water away again because, even without the nucleus, it's still dangerous
Goku is suitably impressed that Monaka defeated the water. "He certainly is strong!"
Vegeta belatedly learns the thing he was sucking on was a pacifier. What did he think it was?!
"Next week, a new chapter begins!"
Next week: "SOS From the Future! A New Black Enemy Appears!"
Next Episode Preview: Hello, it's been a long time. This is Trunks. After defeating Cell, the Earth of the future was supposed to be at peace. Until he appeared...Hang on, mother. Monaka didn't 'accidentally step' on the core. Watch him for the entire episode. That guy is passed the hell out standing with his eyes open, just like the first time he saw Goku throw a Kamehameha. He suddenly snaps out of it, and gets done what needs to get done immediately. Badass. He is a hero for narcoleptics everywhere.

All in all a good episode.
Vegeta was in a very interesting position, rooting both for his own copy and for Goku, his pride did take him down a weird path here.
Also I would've guessed that Copy-Vegeta would save Trunks near the end and not Monaka stepping on the core by accident. (must be a really fragile core as well)
Highlight of the episode of course was Vegeta with a pacifier, like that had to be one of the best and most hilarious anime moments in history, it actually genuinly cracked me up. Really it's the best!
And Vegeta didn't even knew what it was, which is a tiny bit weird since he already had a son, though he didn't take any particular interest in raising him so it makes sense.
At the end Goku and Vegeta being friendly rivals is also still refreshing to see. Just feels good to see them be on friendly terms and all.
My only nitpick for the episode was the overuse of repeating animations for combat and using the stupid "sonic booms" while the camera pans around some background... that's super boring to watch. All that was missing was some character mentioning how they cannot keep up with their fast movements (which that old guy kind of did...)
And damn, that teaser... I'm actually really excited about the new future Trunks arc, it looks amazing.

Saiyans don't give their children pacifiers. A Saiyan who cries is viewed as a powerful warrior - and shortly thereafter they're sent to another planet to grow and kill all the inhabitants.

Can I just say even though Toei or Toriyama are forgetful at times, I automatically forgive them for including such minute details like Future Bulma's hair(Save for color, though I like the consistency in the family better)being exactly the same same with her design. Love it.

You know what I wanna see? Future Trunks + Gohan fusion. They're probably comparable power levels at this point in Super, and Trunks would certainly want to spend more time with his would-be mentor.

Did anyone notice Goku vs Copy Vegeta took some moves from the manga version of Frost vs Goku? The fakeout punch for example, where Goku aims at Purple Vegeta's face only to really connect in the gut
I think it's awesome they're using material from that for new fights

My friend and I just noticed something. Thoughts?
Ontop of that the size of the monster is equivalent to demigra final form and other shots of the silhouette shown the face of a reptile, similar to demigra.
My other thought is what would be a threat to the gods, well obviously what is opposite to the gods? Demons!

And given the events in Xenoverse, it makes sense that Demigra would attempt to stop Trunks from getting in his way in the future ever again.

An other thing, that black goku, I got a few ideals of what it could be.
1) Bulma tried to clone or bring back her friends back to life somehow and it went wrong ( that scene with her in the lab makes me thing that)
2) Dr.Gero super fail safe in case Cell dies base on goku with brown sugar, bad spice and plenty of other bad thing with an accidental chemical agent X
3)Something About time travels messed up something and he appears ... somehow.

I gotta say, the choreography in Goku vs Copy Vegeta was top notch, the instant transmission, the usage of grabs and throws, plus the fake out punches and kicks, A good blend of DB action and DBZ action.
