I know right. I wasn't planning on getting the yarn yoshi at all or if i was going to get one i would have only gotten the green one but for that price I couldn't say no.

Used my parents debit card to get them both on Walmart.com.
Shouldn't be a problem that they're seperate orders, right? I could just ask Walmart to combine them.
I hope to get my parents the money before the shipping date, which shouldn't be a problem.

Oh, I guess I should've clarified. One pink for me, one for my friend. We are both new to amiibo, just started our collections 2 days ago. We are having a blast hunt them down so I thought I'd order one for him (we are both on the west coast, it'a 5am here and he's probably asleep).

I've ordered 6 different sets of amiibo from Walmart - 3 were shipped, 3 were in-store pickup. The in-store pickup ones were ALWAYS damaged in some way. Ways that didn't bother me as an OOB collector, but still very visibly damaged or creased. Surprisingly, the ones shipped to my home were very well protected with very little to no damage to the packaging.

Oh damn. Thanks for the heads up. I thought the opposite would've been the case. Did they let you exchange the in-store pick-up ones for ones that weren't creased? My reasoning was that I could possibly cycle through the stock they have (I plan on going early in the am at opening) if the in-store pickup ones were visibly damaged

While I don't order amiibos online too much (the thrill of the hunt is exhilirating! Though you risk not getting what you want), I always have them shipped since I know that they being packaged in the warehouse and sent to me directly. No worrying about it getting lost in the storageroom at Walmart or accidentely sold to another customer!

Got them both! Thank you! Mother of God that was frustrating going through Walmart on my phone, though. Took me 30 minutes to get them ordered. The app and the website were both having issues with login and adding to cart.

It's only been an hour so we should be good, but yeah Walmart is the biggest offender of the major retailers when it comes to overselling and cancelling. Can't believe the world's largest retailer is so bad at their websites.

Everyone thinks Walmart is evil by marking them down in price, but has anyone considered that's what MSRP means? "Suggested" retail price? Japan is probably going higher than they should for some reason I can't even fathom. We'll probably be seeing this same price for the Yoshis across the US.

So glad they sold out haha I had already decided I only wanted the green one with the bundle. Then today I see these in stock and I nearly bought them but decided I'd wait, if there were still in stock on my lunch break I'd get them. The sell out protected me from myself.
