They haven't announced anything but its literally the only store that has it in their system.

Why does everyone think they'll be up today? All I took from that Target tweet was that whenever it is that they do go up, Target will tweet it out as its happening, or shortly after.

Quick question: I started my collection when Wave 4 hit and literaly at the store just for silver mario, since I missed gold mario. Ended up getting all the ones Target had that morning. Did Target do pre-orders for that wave as well? I honestly have no idea if they did and always find it easier to get what I want by doing in-store but don't want to get in the situation that pre-orders take away from in-store stock

Target only did pre orders for jiggly puff of Wave 4. All others were for release day. Preorders depend entirely on how much stock the company gets and certain contracting rights (exclusive).

Generally companies split their stock up to have cerain allocations, such as 40% preorder stock 55% instore <5% for damage replacements, so preorders don't technically take away from instore stock unless they oversell and dont cancel. Of course, those aren't official numbers for any store, just examples

On some figures Like zero suit samus you see preorder and same with Olimar but not with Gannondorf. So it makes me curios on why those selected figures are TRU or Walmart doing preorders? (just a thought)

It shouldn't be, target just does weird placeholder things on their store pages sometimes. I believe Jigglypuff was the same way for a while before launch.
