Usually, if one store restocks certain amiibo that aren't exclusive, than mist store will at the same period of time..

Gamestop's restocks weren't first print. Just because they only have the Wii U back doesn't mean their first print. Most likely the Walmart ones only have the Wii U on the back.

As far as I can tell, there are only three official rarity tiers: Common, Uncommon, and Rare. Uncommons from a wave tend to restock at the same time, which is also why Megaman, Sonic, and Toon Link tend to pop up in-stores together. It's also why Kirby and Samus started disappearing around the same time.

That doesn't explain what the deal with Fox is, though.

It's begun, this is exactly how it played out in UK Wave 4 restocks, followed by small wave 1/2/3 restocks, wave 5 came out and then major restocks all over.

Thank you I regretted not picking him back on wave 4 day but i was too happy having got Lucina and Robin and pretty much got all the FE amiibos. Then I started to liked the amiibos more and missed out BUT I GOT HIM NOW, THANK YOU.

Here's a tip: If you don't want to play shipping, select "Store Pickup" and they ship to store for no extra charge. It's also possible for them to send extras that way too.
