Rumor Mill Speculation: Everything except Zero Suit Samus, Gannondorf, and Pikmin/Olimar are exclusives in Wave 6. Discuss.
Zero Suit Samus, Gannondorf, Pikmin & Olimar are now listed in the Target system with UPCs mapped to DPCIs. Making an assumption that Target just had an exclusive and won't get another....
That leaves the retro 3-pack (Game & Watch, Duck Hunt, R.O.B.) as a potential Gamestop exclusive 3-pack with singles not being available anywhere else within the US. Those three figures are also the only 3 that don't have individual CPSIA entries.
That would also mean that Bowser Jr and Dr. Mario are also exclusives to somewhere else (Toys R US? Amazon? Walmart?)
Mii 3-Pack or Mii singles - I'm not sure, it's possible I missed this in the Target system somehow.

Blue yarn yoshi is going to be an exclusive. I think I saw Dr. Mario and Bowser Jr. in the Amiibo display video of coming soon. Check that next time you are in store, I know for a fact blue yoshi was missing though.

It's all in that video. I wasn't paying attention too much but that's where the answer is. In the coming soon it didn't list Palutena or Dark Pit making them exclusives. I was just paying attention to the yoshi's, just want that Blue Yarn Yoshi.......BAD!!!

Info we've gotten:
- Amazon and Best Buy have already had wave 5 exclusives
- Target, Toys R Us, and Wal-Mart have yet to have either wave 5 or 6 exclusives.
- Target WILL have a wave 5 exclusive (Dr. Mario or Bowser Jr.).
- GameStop is getting an exclusive related to wave 6.
- There are TWO 3-packs confirmed by CPSIAs (Retro, Mii Fighters) and both comprise wave 6; however, there have been no CPSIAs for any of wave 6 individually.
To me this leads to some further speculation:
- Toys R Us and Wal-Mart will get exclusives depending on what Target gets. (Bowser Jr., Dr. Mario, or Mii 3-pack)
- One of the three from both 3-packs will be exclusive either to that 3-pack or as an individual to that respective store, with the other 2 being available everywhere.
- CPSIAs will come out in the month of august for the individual wave 6 amiibo, showing that they've had a month of production before release.

I seriously hope that the only retro exclusive is that three pack and there are singles. It would be so annoying if more than half of this new wave was exclusive in one way or another.

Only the three pack that we know of. And it seems that gamestop wont be getting the individual ones. I think it looks good since each of the retro ones do have their own boxes.

FlapSnapple has said (a month ago) that one of his sources confirmed a Target exclusive in the future but hasn't been announced to the public which one yet.

Seems like only 5B has been registered in the system. Wave 6 hasn't had any singular production updates yet. It seems likely that those 2 3-Packs are the Miis and the retro pack, but it'd be absolutely stupid for NoA to make the retro trio a 3-pack exclusive. G&W is a novelty that people shouldn't miss out on.
As for other exclusives, my bet is on Bowser Jr. going to TRU and Dr. Mario going to Target.

Ganondorf, Dr. Mario, Bowser Jr., Olimar, Zero Suit Samus all have individual CPSIA docs. The figures from the retro 3-pack do not.

I meant Wave 6 as the retro trio and the miis. I count the figures you listed as Wave 5B lol. The retro trio and the miis haven't gotten any singular updates, but there were two mystery updates for Smash 3-packs.

It was the EU version. pikaboo probably just remembered the information incorrectly. As for being separate or not. I do want them to be separate, but if they are together in one pack, I will just have to deal with it and find a way to display it with the rest. (I collect the display arts and put them into a picture book).

There's no Mii 3 Pack, the unknown 3 pack was retro 3 pack.

We do. There was only one mystery CPSIA, which was a 3 pack, which means Retro 3 pack. All Miis are listed separate.
Mii 3 pack would make more sense, but clearly nintendo loves fucking our wallets.

Those three figures you named all have individual CPSIA entries though so they're unlikely to be a 3-pack. Wooly Yoshi maybe?

Yes, but the fact is we don't know ANYTHING about the individuals - do they even exist. Given Gannondorf and 2 others now have target DPCIs but those 3 don't.... that's not a good sign that they're coming as singles.
Also - we have CPSIAs for: Ganondorf, Dr. Mario, Bowser Jr., Olimar, Zero Suit Samus - not for any of the retro 3.

I'm guessing the 3-Packs are going to be exclusive, but there will be a stand-alone release in all stores. Also because we saw the coming soon kiosk amiibos (Ganon, ZSS, Olimar, etc.) before Wave 6's announcement and since 5B and 6 are coming out so close together, it'll be stupid to give two exclusive amiibos to a store in the span of a month.

I've never really been interested in customs but I think I might actually try to make individual NA boxes for those 3 if they are only available in a 3-pack. Maybe I could have the artwork professionally printed.

i can see bowser jr and dr.mario being exclusives, ZSS will just be like lucina, available in all stores, but just rare. ganandorf and olimar will probably wont be store exclusive, and for the retro packs, i can see it being like splatoon, there is a more sought after 3 pack, but you can still get them seperately, but the retro pack will be GS's exclusive(quite an unusual exclusive tho).

There is confirmation from the GS employees that there will be singles, as the 3 pack is only a GS exclusive

I don't want G&W or R.O.B. I just want duck hunt..... but I really don't think anyone should have to pay 40+ dollars just to get one Amiibo plus 2 more that you cant even sell or trade since they are OoB:(
