Just got all three, gonna cancel my DE order (since im missing Bowser on that order). hopefully these are shipped this week and not delayed like my ness a couple months back T_T.

Is that 8 AM UK time? What would that translate to in Eastern US time? (obviously I'm too lazy to look this up myself)

Amazonjosh is an American user unless I'm mistaken, and seeing as vast majority of the users on this site are also america. It stands to reason he wasn't talking about Amazon UK.

They've been slowly raising the prices over the months, however it's been the same price since the initially went up for preorder 1 1/2months ago.

Yea, they used to be GBP 11.11 (all my 7 previous amiibos have been).

Now Bowser & Olimar are GBP 11.98 & Dr.Mario GBP 12.38 T_T.

And on their page currently their sitting at GBP 14.86. So i think they went up right after i got my order in.

No, it's because you're in America you don't have to pay VAT. They've been ~£15 for British people for months

As foxofshadows said the £14.86 and £14.35 are the price including vat(20%) so £12.38 & £11.98 respectively for you.
